Meet The Team

The Loveless Events team is a diverse and talented group with experience in hospitality, catering and events. We all work together to ensure every event is executed flawlessly!

Lindsey Chance General Manager

Lindsey attended MTSU right here in Middle Tennessee where she earned a degree in Organizational Communication. Her work experience includes Sea World, Bluegrass Yacht & Country Club and Gaylord Opryland Resort. With nearly 10 years of hospitality and planning experience, Lindsey’s passion is helping people and organizing details to create amazing experiences.

Scott Peck Assistant General Manager and Executive Chef

With 11 years experience as a cook and chef, Chef Scott Peck has focused the past 8 years on catering in both wedding and restaurant settings. He began with Loveless Events as a Sous Chef and quickly earned a reputation for innovative menus and amazing flavors. He was promoted to Executive Chef in no time and today he continues to make great food and lead a talented culinary team.

Matt Stevens Operations and Venue Manager

Born in Maine and raised in Virginia, Matt attended Virginia Commonwealth University where he studied Theatre and Graduated in 1997 with a BFA in Performance. He then moved to Chicago in 1998 to pursue a career in the arts and found himself donning a Crawfish Costume peddling Cajun Cuisine on Michigan Avenue! After gaining experience in the fast-paced world of restaurant management, Matt began his career with The Loveless Cafe in 2011 where he soon proved his ability to manage details. He loves being a part of the Loveless Events team.

Jennifer Klein Sales & Event Manager

A Spring Hill, Tennessee native, Jenn moved back to Nashville after graduating from East Tennessee State University with a degree in Business Management and Marketing. Before joining the Loveless Events team, Jenn worked for A Magical Affair as a lead wedding planner, coordinating over 500 weddings. She gained more experience with Nashville Marriott at Vanderbilt and earned her certification as a certified wedding planner. Her outgoing personality, organization skills and attention to detail make her a perfect asset to the Loveless Events team.

Whitney Young Sales & Event Manager

Born and raised in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Whitney has always had a passion for detail and event planning. She studied Organizational Communications with a minor in Event Planning at MTSU and has gained valuable experience in the restaurant and hotel industries. It was at Embassy Suites Nashville that Whitney was promoted to Social Catering Manager, handling weddings and other events. She loves talking to clients and creating ways to make each event a truly personalized experience.

Kelsey Reiner Sales & Event Coordinator

Born and raised in Utah, Kelsey followed her love for the mountains and the hospitality industry to Denver, Colorado where she earned her Event Management degree at Johnson & Wales University. She moved to Nashville shortly after graduation to pursue new opportunities in Music City. Before joining the Loveless Events team, Kelsey gained unique experience at The Enchanted Florist as a talented floral designer and at the Country Music Hall of Fame as an Event Sales Intern. She loves meeting new people and turning simple ideas into memorable experiences.

Lovanzia Allen Sous Chef

Lovanzia was born and raised in St. Louis, MO. She started cooking around age eleven and moved to Nashville to receive a Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Management at the Art Institute of Nashville. Lovanzia has worked in restaurants ranging from casual to fine dining and is a very well-rounded Chef due to both her work and personal experiences. She enjoys all aspects of the culinary arts but especially likes to dabble in the baking world. For fun, Zia loves to eat, bake and cook, read, play video games and relax with family and friends.

Eric Vanderhei Operations & Venue Coordinator

Eric has over fifteen years of experience working in State Government Planning. While pursuing a degree in Nashville, he continues to do what he does best: serving the public. Eric started working with Loveless Events in 2015. He enjoys producing amazing experiences for all our guests. There are many talented and bright people employed here. These are some of the many reasons Eric is proud being part of the Loveless Events Team.

Dana Grassi Event Supervisor

Born in California and relocated to Nashville as a teen, Dana has always had a passion for wedding planning and event coordination. Dana received her bachelor’s degree from Harding University while working at an event venue in Arkansas. After graduation, she started her own business as a day-of wedding coordinator. Through 6+ years of gaining experience, Dana has now found a home at Loveless Events where she is doing what she loves most, all while working alongside an incredible group of talented individuals. In her free time, she loves to go on walks with her puppy and visit with friends in East Nashville, as well as cooking and baking at home!

Ashley Knowles Event Supervisor

After moving all around the South and living in California for a short period of time, Ashley has officially settled down in Tennessee. She has a passion for acting and dancing. On her off days, you can catch her at any local comedy show with a cup of coffee in hand. Ashley has several years of experience in the hospitality and hotel industry, and will frequently teach dance classes to young children at local studios. It is safe to say she is a huge people person and you will always see a smile on her face!
