Harpeth Room Rental Guide
The Harpeth Room can be rented for private events for groups of up to 66 people. Loveless Events Catering provides food and beverage for this space with custom menus, or we can serve the Cafe’s famous dishes too! With private restrooms and a great outdoor patio, the Harpeth Room is an inviting space your guests will love!

- Premium or Deluxe Venue Rental is required for all events with 50 or more guests.
- The room will be set up prior to the contract start time according to the floor plan created with your Sales & Event Manager.
- Vendors and clients will gain access to the space at the contract start time. Extra time in the space is $150 per hour.

- Maximum guest count is 66, but certain menu styles are limited based upon the number of guests.
- If your guest count exceeds the maximum capacity, we cannot provide a proposal for this space.

- For private event rentals, a basic sound system is included. A 55” TV can be rented for an additional cost.
