- A signed contract is required to confirm your venue rental. Vendors and clients will gain access to the space at the contract start time and tables, chairs, and linens will be ready. Vendors and clients must have all items loaded out by contract end time.
- Loveless Events Catering is the exclusive catering and beverage vendor for The Barn and The Harpeth Room.
- 23% Operational Fee and Tennessee state taxes applied to all food, beverage, and labor.
- 25% Operational Fee applied to Easter Sunday, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.
- All events must end by 11:00 pm.
- 150 adult minimum for all Saturday events.
- Includes five hours of event time.
