The Harpeth Room can be rented for private events for groups of up to 70 people. Loveless Events Catering provides food and beverage for this space with custom menus, or we can serve the Cafe’s famous dishes too! With private restrooms and a great outdoor patio, the Harpeth Room is an inviting space your guests will love!
Private Events are booked with a $250 Standard Venue Rental Fee, which includes 4 contracted hours in the space as well as our inventory of tables and chairs, listed below. You may add more time in the space for $150 per hour.
Our $1,400 Premium Venue Rental Fee also includes 4 tall cocktail tables with linen, a tent for the patio, and any menu style (up to 70 guests). Premium Venue Rental is required for all rehearsal dinners with 50 or more guests.

For private event rentals, a basic sound system is included. A 55” TV can be rented for an additional cost.
